VETERINARY

NEW CLIENTS

New here? Welcome.

Joining the practice takes one conversation. Here’s how it works, what to bring to your first visit and how we help your pet settle in.

Joining is simple.

01

Get in touch

Send a visit request or call us. Tell us a little about your pet and what you’d like to talk about.

02

We register your pet

There’s no form to fill in beforehand. We take your details when we confirm your first appointment.

03

Come and meet us

Arrive ten minutes early so there’s time to say hello and let your pet settle before the appointment.

What to bring to your first visit.

Bring what you have — nothing here is essential, but it all helps.

Please bring:

  • Previous vet records or a vaccination card

  • A list of your pet’s medicines and food

  • Pet insurance details, if you have a policy

  • Questions, and any changes you’ve noticed at home

  • Dogs on a lead, cats in a secure carrier

At the first visit we’ll usually talk about:

  • A nose-to-tail health check

  • Vaccinations and parasite prevention

  • Microchipping and ID

  • Food, weight and everyday routines

  • Neutering, if it’s relevant

SWITCHING PRACTICES

Moving from another vet?

Ask your previous practice to email your pet’s history to us before your first visit. If that’s tricky, give us their details and, with your permission, we’ll request the records for you.
